RETURNS – REFUNDS - CANCELLATIONS

**Celebratio Vitae Organics offers a limited return policy, so carefully read the below terms before placing your order.**

We do apologize, but due to the nature of the products sold by Celebratio Vitae Organics, we are only able to accept the return of items that are damaged in transit, or  defective at the time of YOUR RECEIPT or are otherwise unsatisfactory due to Celebratio Vitae Organics’ error.

Please carefully inspect your order immediately upon its delivery and report any problems or need for replacement within 72 HOURS OF YOUR RECEIPT OF THE SHIPMENT.

SORRY, BUT NO PRODUCT CAN BE RETURNED IF NOTIFICATION IS NOT MADE WITHIN 72 HOURS AFTER YOUR RECEIPT OF THE SHIPMENT.

In the event that you receive a damaged or defective product or the items are unsatisfactory due to Celebratio Vitae Organic’s error (e.g. we shipped the wrong items), and such error is reported to us within 72 hours of the date of receipt of your order, we will either gladly authorize the return of such merchandise and pay for the return shipping costs.

Unprocessed, unrefined raw materials of the type sold by Celebratio Vitae Organics have their own unique scents and textures, some of which may not appeal to everyone. Such variations are regarded to several factors including but not limited to temperature, rainfall, sunlight, during the harvesting season.

Such variations from batch to batch are normal and do not affect the quality or effectiveness of the ingredient. Variations of this kind do not constitute a “defect” under this return policy and will not be accepted as a valid reason for return under this policy.

We cannot accept returns due to the variations cited above since we cannot resell the ingredient once it has left our facility. If you have not previously used these types of materials, we strongly recommend that you first purchase the smallest sizes available to ensure they will be suitable for your purposes. 

If you order a full-size batch of a product, it cannot be returned unless defective – EVEN IF YOU DETERMINE YOU DO NOT LIKE THE SMELL OR TEXTURE.  To guarantee the purity and quality of products we sell, returned raw material cannot be either restocked or resold, so please order carefully.  Sorry, no exceptions.

RETURNABLE ITEMS

We accept returns of any unused, unopened items, on its original packaging including boxes, except ingredients. Equipment, Accessories and Packaging are returnable upon a MRA. Please contact us prior returning any item since we can not offer refund or exchange on unauthorized returns.

After received the returned item it will be inspected if it approved a credit to your original method of payment initiated within 10 days of receipt.

Approved returns initiated after 10 days from the receipt of your order are eligible for store credit that you can use/redeem on a future order.

CANCELLATIONS:

You may cancel an order up to 4 hours after it is placed. After four hours your order has been already been processed. Canceled orders after 4 hours from the time is is placed will be subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of total order.

REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENT FOR NON RETURNABLE ITEMS

Celebratio Vitae Organics will process a full refund for Non Returnable Items ( ingredients in general such oils, butters, extracts, etc) on the case of shipped the wrong item, damaged in transit, or other situation that can be a result of Celebratio Vitae Organics error. In such cases there is no need to return the item since it can not be restocked or resold.

On these circumstances we do require a proof of Celebratio Vitae Organics’ error such a clear picture showing the damaged package or a clear picture of the container with the contents inside where we can see the product shipped in error.

Upon confirmation of either the error or damage, Celebratio Vitae Organics will EITHER issue a full refund in to the original form of payment used to pay for the order OR replace/reship the correct item, whichever is suitable for you.

DEFECTIVE INGREDIENTS: Celebratio Vitae Organics works hard to deliver the purest, safest, and freshest ingredients we are able to, but sometimes an unfortunate event can occur and it is beyond our control. In rare circumstances, a customer can mistake a natural scent of an ingredient, oil and butter in particular, for “rancid, off smell”.

We never ship a product without fully inspection of either the batch, or samples retrieved from a batch that is been shipped, but scents are a matter of perception. On this case we ask you to return the item since we need to fully inspect the product and find the reason for the safe guard of other customers.

Upon receiving the ingredient you state of being “rancid or off smellCelebratio Vitae Organics will inspect it thoroughly. If confirmed the ingredient is spoiled Celebratio Vitae OrganicsEITHER issue a full refund in to the original form of payment used to pay for the order OR replace/reship the correct item, whichever is suitable for you.

REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENT FOR RETURNABLE ITEMS

You may return most new RETURNABLE unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund including shipping. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

After received the returned item it will be inspected if it approved a credit to your original method of payment initiated within 5-10 days of receipt.

Approved returns initiated after 15 days from the receipt of your item, are eligible for store credit that you can use/redeem on a future order.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
